Find your way to solve a problem

Help explains the individual site function currently in use. If you are having problems using the platform, this is the first place to go.

Click on the question mark or on "Help" in the task bar at the top of the page.

A pop-up window with the relevant help information will open. In most cases, it should answer your question.

Application for a personal alumni account ONLY for former participants If you are a former participant and would love to have an access to the platform, please fill out this form. The current participants receive their login details from their teachers. If you already have an account but forgot your password, please send a new password request to support@business-at-school.net containing your login. You will receive a new password shortly.

If your problem remains unresolved after you have used the help function and read the FAQs, please contact our support team at support@business-at-school.net. Describe the problem as precisely as possible, including any relevant technical information and error notifications.
