Enter your full login (= b@s e-mail address) and your external e-mail address, which you must have created under "Private > Settings > External services > External e-mail address." Clicking on the button to have a e-mail sent to your external adddress with a code to reset your password.Enter the code from the e-mail on the new form and fill out the "Password" fields. Finally, save what you have entered. Your password should now have been reset.
